dumbbells and various cardio movements in a circuit format to build strength, improve mobility & improve cardiovascular endurance.
You won't see complex barbell movements in this style of session.
Speciality sessions for 12-15 year olds combining kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and various cardio movements to build strength, improve mobility and make you leave feeling like you're stronger and faster.
Note: All Teens must be accompanied by an adult for these sessions
